1. 10’X 25’ Distribution/storage building.
a. Built on skids for mobility
b. To be built next to hanger
c. Utilized for storing, packing, weighing, & distributing missionary supplies
d. Must be able to be heated.
Note: Office trailer could work.

2. Fuel Farm & Filter system for Aviation Fuel
a. Require treated lumber to mount filters
b. Attach hose & static chords
c. Small metal roofing over tank

3. Shelving & Cabinets Built inside hanger for storage
a. Two long shelves 10’ off of floor
b. Cabinets for tooling/consumable supplies

4. Purchase of a twin engine airplane with de-ice capability
a. Should have IFR enroute approved GPS

5. Recovery heaters for inside hanger
a. 4 units hanging from ceiling added onto our furnace floor radiant heat sys.
b. Plumbed with copper
c. Used to reheat hanger after 45’ door is opened and airplane move in or out.
d. Will save hundreds of dollars per year in fuel.

6. Run water system from house through walkway to the hanger. COMPLETED. PTL!

7. Lighting under walkway. COMPLETED. PTL

8. Sign for MAC in front of hanger w/ landscape.

9. Trees cut, split and stacked from around the house & hanger.

10. Driveway put in next to hanger to fuel tank.
a. Requires "Typar" under gravel
b. 20'wide X 70' long

11. Space above office enclosed and made into a prophet's chamber.
a. We house missionaries when they come to town
b. We host teams all summer (May-August)
c. Gives family & individuals privacy.

12. Furnace in hanger elevated straight up 8 foot & floor built under it.
a. Opens up more floor space in hanger
b. Cost minimal, mostly labor.
