Earl Malpass
We ministered in Alaska from 2001-2016. As a result of a sharp and prolonged decline in the need for missionary aviation, God clearly led us to expand the ministry and moved us to North Carolina. Earl will still fly for Christ-honoring ministries, perform aircraft inspections and repairs on ministry aircraft, as well as, train and mentor the next generation of missionary pilots. Our goal has always been to promote a high view of God in our aviation ministries. The Lord has blessed us in many ways. We are excited to see what He has in store for our ministry as we assist missionaries reach Canada, Mexico, and the islands near Florida.

Chris Holaday
Chief Pilot
Chris was saved at the age of 23 after coming under deep conviction of his profession of salvation without a true possession of Christ’ forgiveness. Rachael was 6 years old, during a Children’s Church class, when she accepted Christ. She spent time reviewing the Scriptures with her teacher and then bowed her head to pray and receive Christ as her Lord and Savior. It was in 2003 that God began to work in their hearts to surrender to full-time Christian service, while developing Chris’s desire to preach the Word of God to Souls. In 2011, he and his wife surrendered to the call of Missions on their life. In 2016, Chris & his family united with Mission Air Care to serve as, not only a Preacher of God’s Word to the Lost, but also a Missionary family reaching those who are isolated and alone in remote regions of North America. Please pray for the Holaday family as they are currently on Pre-Field Ministry (aka: Deputation), presenting the ministry and raising support.

Nate Holmes
Operations Manager/Pilot
Nate and Deborah both grew up in Christian homes. Nate was saved at the age of 9, after becoming very concerned about his own salvation, during their church’s Thursday evening Soul-Winning. Deborah accepted Christ as her saviour, when she was 16, during the invitation time at their Church’s Wednesday evening service. After years of serving our country overseas as a military contractor, starting a very successful waste hauling business, and receiving practical, hands-on training in years of ministries within their local church, God has called the Holmes family to Mission Air Care. The background that Bro Nate has in business, as well as his experience in faithful ministry service, proves to be a tremendous help to the work God is doing through Mission Air Care to reach Souls for Christ in isolated regions of North America.
